Voucher Terms
Vouchers are promotional and are issued only while voucher codes remain available (while stocks last). This is a limited offer, not a permanent or ongoing benefit, and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn for future sign-ups at any time without notice — for example, once the current batch of codes is exhausted. Vouchers already issued to you are honoured under the terms shown on the voucher. They have no cash value.
1) Sign-up voucher (attractions & experiences)
What you get
When you sign up as a new customer through this offer, you receive a voucher, emailed to you: a code for 5% off your first attractions or experiences booking through Tixplore. The discount applies to the eligible price at checkout. The booking partner is the merchant of record and is identified at checkout. (Other Tixplore sign-up routes may carry a different voucher; the voucher you received is shown in your email.)
Who is eligible
One voucher per new account, for first-time Tixplore users who sign up through this offer via Google or email magic link. Tixplore may decline or revoke vouchers obtained through duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups, or other abuse. Geographic eligibility: open to all markets.
Validity
Each voucher's redemption deadline is shown on the voucher and in your voucher email — use it before it expires. If you have a technical issue and can't see it, contact us and we'll help. Vouchers cannot be used after they expire. Each code is unique and single-use, and codes are issued while the current batch lasts; future batches may carry different validity dates.
How to redeem
Your voucher code is emailed to you after sign-up. To use it, enter and apply the voucher code yourself at checkout when you book an eligible attraction or experience through Tixplore — the discount is not applied automatically.
Exclusions
The voucher applies to most attractions and experiences on Tixplore. A small number of products, dates, or operators are excluded; for the current list of exclusions, email us at customersupport@tixplore.com. The voucher cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and applies to one booking only unless stated otherwise.
2) General voucher terms
No cash value. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred, and have no value except as a discount on an eligible booking.
One per person / account. Unless stated otherwise, each voucher is for a single eligible booking and is tied to the account it was issued to.
Partner bookings. Attractions and experiences are fulfilled by our booking partners (each identified as the merchant of record at checkout). Their booking, cancellation, and refund terms apply to the underlying ticket. A refund or cancellation may void the associated voucher discount.
Changes. Tixplore may modify or end these voucher programs for future sign-ups at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Vouchers already issued are honoured under the terms shown at issuance.
Fraud & abuse. Tixplore may withhold or cancel vouchers, and close accounts, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
